Thursday, February 24th at 6 PM - Town Hall to Update Status of PFAS Contamination at Arbor Hills Landfill

The Michigan PFAS Action Response Team (MPART) will be holding a virtual Town Hall to update the public on the status of PFAS contamination at the Arbor Hills Landfill on Thursday, February 24th at 6:00 PM. <CLICK HERE> for information on how to attend the Town Hall.

Presentations will be made by the Michigan PFAS Response Team (MPART) and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE). Time will be allotted for questions from the public following the presentations.

We expect a representative from the EGLE’s Air Quality Division will be in attendance and may give a brief update on the status of the ongoing Michigan Attorney General Lawsuit which was triggered by excess emissions and odors from the landfill.

The Town Hall is a public meeting and all are welcome. Additional information on the continuing environmental issues at the Arbor Hills can be found on The Conservancy Initiative Website at https://conservancyinitiative.org/.
